ஓம் ஹ்ரீம் அர்ஹம் ஜம்பூத்வீபத்து பரத க்ஷேத்திரத்து குண்டலபுர நகரத்து நாத வம்சத்து சித்தார்த்த மஹாராஜாவிற்கும், பிர்யகாருணி மஹாதேவிக்கும் உதித்த திருக்குமாரனும் ஒப்பிலா மஹா புருடரும்,  பொன் வண்ணரும் 7 முழம் உயரம் உடையவரும் பரம ஔதாரிக தேகத்தை உடையவரும் 72 வருடம் ஆயுள் உடையவரும், சிம்ம லாஞ்சனத்தை உடையவரும், மாதங்க யக்ஷ்ன், சித்தாயினி யக்ஷியர்களால் சேவிக்கப்பட்டவரும் கௌதமர் முதலிய 11 கணதர பரமேட்டிகளை உடையவரும் 2 நட்கள் ப்ரதிமா யோகம் கொண்டவரும் பாபாபுரி சரோவர மத்தியில் கார்த்திகை கிருஷ்ண சதுர்தசி திதியில் 26 முனிவர்களுடன் பரிநிர்வாணம் அடைந்த வருமான ஸ்ரீவர்த்தமான தீர்த்தங்கர பரம ஜிநேந்திர சுவாமிக்குத் தூய மனம் மொழி மெய்களால் நமோஸ்து! நமோஸ்து! நமோஸ்து!

Esakulathur, jains living village, is about, 22 kms southwest of Vandavasi, 16 kms southeast of Chetpet near to the Solaiarugavoor village. A jinalaya passed so many centuries and was dedicated to Shri Mahaveer Thirthankar in ancient times. so, before the construction more Jains had been living there. Now the structure has an old look and more damages due to minimum population of Jains around the temple.

It got more granite idols with ancient sculpture fashion. Especially the Jinalaya is importance for Shri Dharmadevi yakshi, so three generation carvings of the captioned idol preserved here. A native story convey us that the last one, made for near village temple, was established by the order of Shri Kooshmandini, thro’ dream.

A eight featured Shri Mahaveerar Jinar granite plate carving is on the plinth of Gharbagruha. The Simmasana and the figure of Jinar is thrust out from other features is a unique fashion of that sculpture. And two stone windows are fitted on two side wall of that chamber. Either side of entranceway Shri Baghwan Bahubali and Shri Parshwanathar stone sculptures are in standing posture upon pedestal in the north and south. The chamber is crowned by three tier Viman, shikhra and kalash. So three tiered Jinar idols are exhibits on four directions of the tower.

Next to womb-chamber the Anthralam and rear-section of a squared pavilion are united for Arthamandap. It has metal idols of Shri Parshwanathar, some thirthankars, Yaksh and Yashies on either side platforms, including the 24 thirthankars, two navadevathas stone idols are arranged properly.

The Mahamandap, the middle of the square pavilion, consists of Nithya pooja dias and Shri Brahmadevar, sitting on a huge elephant, on southern side and two Shri Dharmadevi beautiful stone idols on northern side are on individual platforms. It has two windows and a doorway are constructed for security. Last fore-section of the pavilion used as Mugamandap. (which is a different layout of temple plan)

East gate of the Jinalaya attached with the enclosed compound wall of open corridor. An altar (only) installed at the front. A Kalash mandap also at the northeast corner of compound wall.

Daily pooja, Nandheeswara dheepa pooja and Mukkudai, Audi Friday special poojas are conducted recurrently. Ii is the high-time for renovation work for minimizes the deterioration of the ancient Jinalaya.

சேத்பட்டிலிருந்து 16 கி.மீ. தொலைவிலும், வந்தவாசியிலிருந்து 22 கி.மீ. தொலைவிலும் சோலைஅருகாவூருக்கு அருகிலும் உள்ள கிராமம் இசாகுளத்தூர் ஆகும். ஸ்ரீமகாவீரருக்கு அர்ப்பணம் செய்யப்பட்ட மிகவும் பழமையான  ஜிநாலயம் ஒன்று உள்ளது. அங்கே பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக அதிக அளவில் சமணக்குடும்பங்கள் வாழ்ந்து வந்துள்ளனர்.  அதற்கு சான்றாக இவ்வாலயம் விளங்குகிறது. ஆனால் சமணர்கள் மிகவும் அருகிவிட்ட நிலையில் உள்ளதால் ஆலயம் சற்று பழைய தோற்றத்துடன் தெரிகிறது.

ஆலயத்தில் பழைய கலைபாணியில் உள்ள பல கற்சிலைகள் உள்ளன. ஸ்ரீதர்மதேவியின் ஸ்தலமாக உள்ளதை அங்குள்ள பல கற்சிலைகளை வைத்தே கண்டறியலாம்.  அருகிலுள்ள தென்னாத்தூரில் நிறுவுவதற்காக வந்த ஸ்ரீதர்மதேவி சிலையும் அம்மனது ஆணைப்படி அவ்வூரிலேயே நிறுவப்பட்டதாக சொல்லப்படுகிறது.

மூலவரான ஸ்ரீமகாவீரரின் கற்சிலை சமவசரண ஜிநரின் எட்டு அம்சங்களுடன் அமைந்துள்ளது. அவர் உருவமும், அமர்ந்துள்ள மேடையும் அக்கற்பலகையில் சற்று பிதுக்கத்துடன் செதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. கருவறையின் மேற்கிலும், தெற்கிலும் இரண்டு கல்ஜன்னல்கள் காற்றோட்டமாக அமைத்துள்ளது சிறப்பாகும். கருவறைக்கு வெளியே வடபுறம் பகவான் பாகுபலியின் கற்சிலையும், தென்புறம் ஸ்ரீபார்ஸ்வ பகவானின் கற்சிலையும் நின்ற கோலத்தில் நிறுவப்பட்டு அழகாக காட்சியளிக்கிறது. அதன் மேற்பகுதியில் மூன்று அடுக்கு கோபுரம் அமைக்கப்பட்டு. கலசத்துடன் உயர்ந்து நிற்கிறது. அதில் இரண்டு அடுக்கு மற்றும் கிரீவப்பகுதிகளில் நாற்புறமும் தீர்த்தங்கரர் சிலைகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

அதனை அடுத்து அந்தராளப்பகுதியும், மகாமண்டபத்தின் கால்பகுதியினை சற்று உயரதளமிட்டு அர்த்தமண்டபம் போல் அமைத்துள்ளனர். அந்தராள மேடையில் ஸ்ரீபார்ஸ்வநாதர், சில தீர்த்தங்கரர்கள், யக்ஷ, யக்ஷியர்கள் உலோகச்சிலைகளும், 24 தீர்த்தங்கரர்கள் தொகுப்பு, இரு நவதேவதா , ஸ்ரீதர்மதேவி போன்ற கற்சிலைகளும் இருபுறம் உள்ள மேடையை அலங்கரிக்கின்றன.

மகாமண்டபத்தின் ஆரம்பத்தில் நித்ய பூஜை மேடையும், வடபுறம் ஸ்ரீபிரம்மதேவரின் கற்சிலை உயரமான யானைமீதும், தென்புறம் ஸ்ரீகூஷ்மாண்டினியின் இரு கற்சிலைகள் தனித்தனி மேடைகளிலும் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. முன் பகுதியை முகமண்டபமாக மாற்றும் முகமாக இருபுறமும் ஜன்னல்களுடன் நடுவே கதவுகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு மகாமண்டபம் பாதுகாப்பாக முடிவடைகிறது.(ஒரு நல்ல ஆலய வரைபடமாக அமைக்கபட்டுள்ளது)

ஆலய நுழைவுவாயிலுடன் திறந்த திருச்சுற்றுடன் உள்ள மதிற்சுவர் கீழ்திசையில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒரு பலிபீடம் மட்டும் உள்ளது. திருச்சுற்றின் வடகிழக்கில் ஒரு அழகான 16 கால் கலச மண்டபமும் அமைத்துள்ளனர்.

உடனடி சீரமைப்புக்காக காத்திருக்கும் இவ்வாலயத்தில் நித்யபூஜை, நந்தீஸ்வர தீப பூஜை, முக்குடை பூஜை போன்றவையும், ஆடிவெள்ளி போன்ற விசேஷ பூஜைகளும் வளமைபோல் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன.
