ஓம் ஹ்ரீம் அர்ஹம் ஜம்பூத்வீபத்து பரத க்ஷேத்திரத்து காசி நாட்டு வாரணாசி நகரத்து உக்ர வம்சத்து விஸ்வசேன மஹாராஜாவிற்கும், பிராமி மஹாதேவிக்கும் உதித்த திருக்குமாரனும் ஒப்பிலா மஹா புருடரும், கரும் பச்சை வண்ணரும் 9 முழம் உயரம் உடையவரும் பரம ஔதாரிக தேகத்தை உடையவரும் 100 வருடம் ஆயுள் உடையவரும், ஸர்ப லாஞ்சனத்தை உடையவரும், தரணேந்திர யக்ஷ்ன், பத்மாவதி யக்ஷியர்களால் சேவிக்கப்பட்டவரும் சுயம்பு முதலிய 18 கணதர பரமேட்டிகளை உடையவரும் ஒரு மாதம் ப்ரதிமா யோகம் கொண்டவரும் சம்மேத கிரியில் ஸ்ராவண சுக்ல சப்தமி திதியில் 82 கோடி 84 லட்சத்து 41 ஆயிரத்து 742 முனிவர்களுடன் ஸ்வர்ண பத்ர கூடத்தில் பரிநிர்வாணம் அடைந்தவருமான ஸ்ரீபார்ஸ்வ  தீர்த்தங்கர பரம ஜிநேந்திர சுவாமிக்குத் தூய மனம் மொழி மெய்களால் நமோஸ்து! நமோஸ்து! நமோஸ்து!

திண்டிவனம் அழகிய ஜிநாலயம் உள்ள நகரம் ஆகும். மேலும் பல சமண ஜிநாலயங்கள், மற்றும் வாழ்விடங்கள் உள்ள பிரதேசத்தின் கிழக்கு வாயிலாகவும் உள்ளது. அத்தலை வாசலில் பன்நெடுங்காலமாக சமணர்கள் வாழ்ந்து வருகின்றனர். அதனால் முற் காலத்தில் பழைய ஜிநாலயம் ஒன்று இருந்துள்ளது. அதற்கு அத்தாட்சியாக சென்னை அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் கி.பி. 12, 15ம் நூற்றாண்டைச் சேர்ந்த ஸ்ரீஆதிநாதர் மற்றும் ஸ்ரீபத்மப்பிரப ஜிநர்களின் உலோகச் சிலைகள் உள்ளன.  இருப்பினும் சென்ற நூற்றாண்டில் கட்டப்பட்ட நூதன ஜிநாலயம் ஒன்று ஸ்ரீபார்ஸ்வ ஜிநருக்கு அர்ப்பணிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. தென் தமிழக ஜிநாலயங்களில் உள்ளதைப் போன்று கருவறை, வழிபாட்டு மண்டபம், கூரையிடப்பட்ட திருச்சுற்று, முன்னர் மனத்தூய்மைக் கம்பம், பலி பீடம் ஆகிய அம்சங்களுடன் விளங்குகிறது.

மூலவர் ஸ்ரீபார்ஸ்வ நாதரின் வெண்பளிங்குச் சிலை சிரசின் மேல் ஒன்பது தலை நாகம் ஒன்று படம் விரித்த நிலையில், தியானக் கோலத்தில் அமர்ந்த நிலையில் வேதிகையில் நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவருக்கு தனியாக அழகிய விமானம் ஒன்றும் அதன் இருபுறமும் அழகிய சாமரை தாரிகளும் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அவரருகே வெண்பளிங்குக் கல்லால் முழுவதுமாக செதுக்கப்பட்ட ஸ்ரீசந்திரப்பிரப ஜிநரின் சிலையும் அமர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Tindivanam is a town which has a beautiful Jinalaya. And also it is the east gateway of major Jinalayas and Jain hamlets region in Tamil nadu. Since many centuries more jains has been living here. There is a Jain temple in ancient time. In the Chennai Museum a twelth Century metal idol Shri Adinathar and a fifteenth century idol Shri Padmapraba Jinar are exhibit, which prove the existence of temple in yesteryears at this town. By the by a new Jain temple was constructed and dedicated to Shri Parshwanathar in the last Century. It has features of sanctum sanctorum, prayer pavilion, corridor, Manasthamp pillar and an altar, like other temples in Tamil zone.

   Moolavar Shri parshwanathar, white marble stone made, absolute carving with nine headed dilated snake canopy and meditative sitting posture was installed upon a plinth. A beautiful Viman supported by four columns with kalash on top and two whisk maids on both sides. Shri Chandrapraba nathar white marble absolute carving in sitting posture also seated at front.

மூலவருக்கு வலது புறம் ஸ்ரீதரணேந்திர யக்ஷனும் இடது புறம் ஸ்ரீபத்மாவதி யக்ஷனும் தலை மீது ஜந்து தலை நாகத்துடன் வெண்பளிங்கு கல்லால் செய்யப்பட்ட அழகிய சிலைகளை நிறுவியுள்ளனர். மற்றும் தின பூஜைக்கான சிலைகளும் முக்கிய வழிபாட்டிற்கு உரிய ஜினபிம்பங்களும், மற்றும் யக்ஷ, யக்ஷியர்களும் அப்பகுதி மேடையை அலங்கரிக்கின்றன. அனைத்தும் இரும்புக் கதவுகள் இட்டு பாதுகாக்கப் படுகின்றன. அடுத்த பகுதியான வழிபாட்டு மண்டப பகுதியில் அழகிய ஓவியங்கள் வரையப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதனைச் சுற்றி மேற்தளத்துடன் உள்ள திருச்சுற்றின் தென்கிழக்கு மூலையில் பத்மாவதிக்கான தனிசன்னதி யொன்றும் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வடமேற்கு மூலையில் க்ஷேத்ரபாலகருக்கான சன்னதியும் உள்ளது. ஆலத்தின் முன் உள்ள செங்கல், சிமெண்டினால் கட்டப்பட்ட உயர மனத்தூய்மைக் கம்பத்தின் கீழ்ப் பகுதியில் நான்கு திசையில் பளிங்கு கல்லால் ஆன ஜிநர்களின் சிலைகள் அமர்ந்த நிலையிலும், மேற் பகுதியிலும் நான்கு திசையில் சுதையினால் ஆன ஜிநர்களின் சிலைகள் அமர்ந்த நிலையில் அழகிய விமானத்துடன் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதற்கு முன்பாக சிறிய மேடையில் பலிபீடமும் உள்ளது.

அனைத்து ஜிநாலயங்களில் நடைபெறும் தினபூஜைகள், விசேஷகால பூஜைகள், பண்டிகை கால வழிபாடுகள் அனைத்தும் செவ்வனே அந்நகர மக்களால் சிறப்பாக நடக்கிறது. அவ்வழியே செல்லும் அன்பர்கள் அவசியம் தரிசிக்க வேண்டிய ஸ்தலமாகும்.

அருகில்  தர்மசாலை ஒன்றும் முற்காலத்திலிருந்து சிறப்பாக செயல்படுகிறது. அதில் ஸ்ரீசந்திரப்பிரபர் கருங்கல் சிலை ஒன்று கற்பலகையில் மூன்று அடிக்கு குறையாமல் சமவசரண ஜிநரின் சிறப்பு அம்சங்கள் அடங்கிய சிற்பங்களுடன் அழகாக வடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அது 300 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் உள்ள கலை நயத்துடன் வடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

On right and left sides of the sanctum plinth Shri Dharanendra Yaksha and Shri Padmavathy madha were established with five headed snake canopy. Some important Jinars idols and other Yakshas, Yakshies for daily and special pooja purposes also exhibits on platforms in the chamber. All are secured well by iron gates. Next the prayer hall got beautiful spiritual paintings were drawn on both side walls. In the top-closed corridor, at northwest has a separate shrine of Shri Padmavathy Devi, granite idol on a podium and north east corner Shri Kshetrabalagar shrine also constructed for worship. Two Dwarabalagar stone statues erect on podiums were on both side of vedi block entrance. The Manasthamp pillar got four Marble made Jinars at the bottom and a mini viman on the top has cement mortar idols of four Jinars inside it. An altar on a small podium lies at front.

All poojas, rituals and festivals are conducted and celebrated recurrently at the relevant times. A definite visit by the passersby might safeguard the treasure for future.

There is a choultry also in the town opposite to the temple. In the rest house a shrine room also contructed and dedicate to Shri Chandraprbha nathar, 300 years old legend, granite plate carving with samavasaran Jinar’s eight features gravens.
